Terms of Service

These Terms govern accounts, market data, research indicators, simulation features, and user responsibilities. Before creating a new account, you must review and actively accept the current version. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.

1. Operator and scope

“Platform,” “AIO,” or “AIOption” means the service team operating this product and support@aioption.org. A subscription order, invoice, or separately signed agreement may identify the relevant legal entity for commercial or institutional use. If that document identifies a different contracting entity, the formal commercial agreement controls for that relationship.

The Platform is a lightweight market-maker-perspective tool for research, education, market observation, and simulation. It currently does not connect to brokers, accept or route live orders, hold customer funds or securities, or provide investment advisory, brokerage, execution, clearing, custody, or discretionary account-management services.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must have the legal age and capacity required in your location to enter this agreement and use financial research tools, and your use must not violate applicable law, employment duties, trading restrictions, or other contracts. The Platform is not directed to minors.

The registration checkbox records your agreement to the current Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure. Material changes may require renewed consent. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information and an email address you lawfully control. Protect passwords, verification codes, and devices, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, rent, sell, or automate access to evade controls. If you suspect unauthorized access, change credentials and contact the Platform promptly.

The Platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for security, abuse, legal compliance, or system-protection reasons. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

4. Market data, indicators, and data states

Equity, option, event, and reference data may come from third parties. Labels such as LIVE, PARTIAL, DELAYED, DEMO, ERROR, OBSERVED, DERIVED, PROXY, MODELED, or ESTIMATED describe quality or provenance; they do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or tradability.

GEX, Gamma Flip, Call Wall, Put Wall, dealer flow, Delta/Charm pressure, IV steps, heatmaps, volatility structure, scores, and strategy examples may be modeled, proxied, or estimated. They do not reveal any dealer's actual inventory, intent, or future conduct and may differ from an exchange, vendor, or broker display.

  • Before acting, verify prices, contracts, expiry, multiplier, liquidity, and events with your own broker or an authoritative source.
  • Do not treat projections, backtests, estimates, demos, or missing data as actual historical trades, actual flow, or performance.

5. Simulation, calculators, and alerts

Paper orders, positions, P&L, option calculations, and strategy drafts are for observation and learning only. Model prices may omit actual slippage, commissions, taxes, margin, early exercise, assignment, liquidity, and queue priority. Results do not represent prices or returns available in a live account.

Price and sound alerts depend on browser permission, an active page, device connectivity, third-party data, and system health. They may be late, duplicated, or missed. An alert is not an order, stop-loss, risk control, or emergency-notification service and must not replace your own monitoring.

6. No investment advice or fiduciary relationship

Conclusions, rankings, labels, strategy names, option legs, price zones, risk lines, targets, confidence scores, and natural-language explanations are general research outputs. They do not consider your assets, taxes, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance and are not securities recommendations, solicitations, personalized advice, performance guarantees, or fiduciary advice.

You and your licensed professionals are responsible for any live-trading decision, broker suitability approval, position sizing, margin, tax, and compliance consequences. Displaying a symbol or strategy does not imply that the Platform or its personnel hold, endorse, or oppose it.

7. Acceptable use

Use the Platform lawfully. Do not defeat security, probe unauthorized interfaces, scrape or resell restricted data, upload malicious code, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, disrupt users, or use the Platform for manipulation, fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.

8. Intellectual property and limited license

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use. Rights in Platform software, interfaces, model expression, branding, copy, and arrangement remain with their owners. Third-party data, marks, and materials remain subject to their own licenses and intellectual-property rules.

9. Third-party services and links

Third-party data, email, hosting, regulatory materials, and external links are independently provided. The Platform does not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Review third-party rules when leaving the Platform; a link is not an endorsement.

10. Availability, beta features, and changes

The Platform may maintain, modify, restrict, or discontinue features. Beta features may contain defects and may be removed. The Platform will use reasonable efforts to recover from outages caused by market closure, licensing, networks, vendors, browsers, or force majeure, but promises no service level unless a formal commercial agreement states one.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, or trading outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and service team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the Platform, market moves, user trades, data errors, estimates, missed alerts, third-party services, or unauthorized account access. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains governed by mandatory law.

12. Termination, applicable rules, and disputes

You may stop using the Platform and contact support regarding account handling. Provisions that by nature should survive—including intellectual-property, data/model limitations, disclaimers, and allocation of responsibility—continue after termination.

Disputes should first be addressed in good faith through the support email and remain subject to mandatory consumer, data-protection, and other applicable law. A formal commercial agreement may identify the legal entity, governing law, courts, or arbitration and will control within its scope.

13. Contact and version

These Terms are version 2026.07.20, effective 2026-07-20. For terms, account, or complaint inquiries, contact support@aioption.org. Material changes will be communicated through the page, account notice, or available contact information.
